Susie J. Lee: Of Breath and Rain
Up-and-coming Seattle installation artist (and Stranger “Genius”) Susie J. Lee crafts artistic environments that transport viewers to alternate realities. For this show, she immerses visitors in a storm via a darkened room with changing patterns of light, shadow and sound. In another piece, she draws viewers into an elderly woman’s nap—hypnotizing us with every peaceful breath caught on film.
