Now settled in quite nicely in its current bustling Capitol Hill corner location (moving from Belltown after 12 years), Zoë has an airier feel and a more moderately priced menu, but the thrills are still there: fresh ricotta gnudi, wild boar Bolognese, heavenly beef tartare with house-made potato chips, and a menu with something for everyone. The half-bottle wine list is especially smart. Dinner nightly.
